Beth Alexander is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA). She is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Clinical College of the APS. Beth has 18 years experience in the healthcare industry, working in a broad range of areas. Her special interests include stress reduction, management of depression, anxiety and post-natal depression, parenting support, self-confidence and resilience building. She has a particular interest in the prevention of illness and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

Beth is passionate about caring for people, helping them achieve their potential and assisting them to live more fulfilling, meaningful lives. She provides a caring environment for people to discuss their concerns and help them achieve their goals. Beth draws from a wide range of methodologies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, supportive counseling, Positive Psychology and the sensitive use of humour, which can be helpful in difficult situations. All sessions are tailored to suit individual needs and goals.
